MERCHANDISE FOR SALE

I.M.C.A. Old Timers was formed to promote and preserve I.M.C.A. (International Motor Contest Association) history, including the preservation and excellent restoration of former I.M.C.A. race cars; to maintain records and documents of I.M.C.A. history; recognition of former drivers, owners, mechanics and others involved in I.M.C.A. history; and provide an opportunity for the social and technical interchange of members interested in auto racing history.

Late 60’s Roger Beck Sprint Car.  Chassis was purchased from Roger Beck as a backup car and never raced.  The car eventually was purchased by Judge Mills from Wichita Kansas, he completed the car after installing a Chet Wilson (the Offy killer) racing engine.  The 301 C.I. engine runs great on fuel injected methanol.  The car started with a single roll bar (included) and recently had a chrome moly full cage installed.  The car was last raced this summer at the I76 Raceway in Colorado, handles good and moves fast.  Very few of these cars are still in existence. You can own a piece of history for only $13,000.00.  Contact Mike at majormike2014@outlook.com for more information.

The car was owned and driven by Bob Robel.

In 1978 and 1979 Bob Robel won the IRA Championship.  Bob had 25 feature wins out of 54.  He also had 7 track championships, at Beaver Dam, Blue Island,( IRA in 1978 and 1979), Lake Geneva, Waukegan, and Wilmont.  Later Bob Robel sold the car and Willie Goeden drove it.   In 1981 Goeden won the Eastern Wisconsin Stock Car Championship. With 7 feature wins at Plymouth and 7 clean sweeps at Francis Creek.  There was $9400 spent in new parts to restore the car.  It is like a totally new car.  I would like $15,000 or Best Offer for the car.  If you or any of your friends would be interested just let me know.  Call or text DeWayne Fritz at 414-322-9535.
