Here are some pictures of the progress on my car, but things have had to come to a screeching halt. Wednesday I had to have carpal tunnel surgery. in two weeks i get stitches out and then the doc said i will have to take it easy for another week. The week after that I will be in Mexico. Once i am back from there I'll get right back at it. All body panels are striped down to just panels so it should go kinda fast. The key word is should.

A 44 year old Chevelle body on a 17 year old RanderCar chassis. that adds up to one year older then the driver. Wow makes me feel young again. I had a short talk  with the Fox River Racing Club Pres about the possiblity of bring the vintage cars here. He was interested didn't know if we could get the them here this year. But then he thought may be later in the year was possible. At the very least i could bring my car out and run same laps during intermission. That would drum up crowd interest and maybe feed back to the club officers. I think i got him very interested and something could be worked out. If something could be worked out that we could run WIR on the same week as Golden Sands or Marsfield I think that would be cool.
